Our quality is data-driven and inspected in our professional lab. We carry out multi-stage qa procedures:
- Material analysis: checking the quality of carbide tips and saw blade substrates;
- Precision metrology: using measuring instruments to verify tooth profile and dimensional accuracy;
- Stress & balance testing: performing dynamic balancing to guarantee stable high-speed operation.
