Product Description
This TCT Circular Saw Blade is developed for panel sizing machines and woodworking production lines. As a Circular Saw Blade for Cutting Paneling, it is suitable for cross-cutting solid wood and for processing engineered boards such as MDF, particle board, plywood, and other sheet materials commonly used in furniture manufacturing.
The blade is produced with an alloy steel body and tungsten carbide tipped teeth. Through precision grinding, the tooth profile is kept consistent to support stable cutting performance during daily production. Different tooth styles, including ATB (Alternate Top Bevel) and FTG (Flat Top Grind), are available to match various panel cutting requirements and machine conditions.
During operation, the blade helps produce cleaner cut edges on wood-based panels while reducing chipping on the material surface. It is commonly used on electronic panel saws, beam saws, and sliding table saws running at high spindle speeds. Many TCT Saw Blade Manufacturers supply this type of blade for woodworking factories, cabinet production lines, and panel processing workshops where accurate board cutting is required.
